This is the MotoLoader loading system - the lightest, strongest, most cost-effective automated loading system for pickup trucks. 

About

The system ships in two medium sized boxes, weighs under 160 pounds and is capable of loading up to 1200 pounds from flat ground into your truck bed with the press of a button. The MotoLoader is built to your truck's specific dimensions and assembles easily in one afternoon with hand tools. 

Unlike other systems on the market - there are no heavy hydraulics and no modifications or holes required in your truck bed. The large platform fully unloads allowing you to ground-load safely, and the removable extensions allow you to keep the functionality of your tailgate. 

The system's frame is secured using existing tie down points in your bed and is easy to remove and reinstall. Even when it is not in use for loading - the platform top is a great surface to tie things down or create custom bed fixtures for things like chain saws, pallets, rooftop tents, ladders, etc. without drilling into or harming your truck's bed. 

This patent-pending system is proudly made in the USA with American steel and labor. 


What You Get

By purchasing this system, you will receive everything you need to assemble and install it in your truck. Each unit is built to order and has a lifetime warranty.  

Here's what each system includes:

• Base Frame kit: frame steel tubing, winch mount system, frame extension for tailgate, ball bearing rollers, platform receiver
  
  
• Platform kit: platform steel tubing, base frame adapter, roller tracks
  
  
• Safety latches: horizontal safety latch with integrated auto winch stop switch, frame extension mounts, and tie-down points, and vertical safety latches
  
  
• Wheels and Accessories: Hitch reinforcement system, red loading wheels and wheel extensions
  

What you need

The only component you will need to source locally is the platform top. Half-inch plywood coated with a durable non-slip urethane paint or topped with aluminum tread plate is what we recommend. The plywood can be sourced and cut at any hardware store. 

If you don't already have a winch with a 4.875" x 3" mounting pattern (standard ATV winch), you can optionally order your MotoLoader with a wireless 3500lb winch. Our limit switch will work with any winch solenoid, but our instructions to install the limit switch are tailored to the specific winch you can order from us. The winch will drop ship separately to your address. 


Order Process

We are on a 4-6 week lead time for pre-order production and ship. We have a limited number of pre-orders before we go live with normal orders in March 2025. 

Once you have placed your order, we will send you the build configurator so we can collect some measurements from you and get your order ready for production. 


Returns and Warranty

We have a 14 day return window if for some reason the system does not meet your expectations. The customer is only responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. 

We offer a lifetime warranty on the MotoLoader that covers all steel and engineered components. The winch is covered by its own manufacturer's warranty, and wear and tear parts such as bearings are covered for one year for premature failure. Replacement wear and tear parts are available exclusively to MotoLoader owners at our cost. Any evidence that the MotoLoader was used in excess of operating limitations will void this warranty.
